とても素敵なホテルです。スタッフの方々も親切で大変助かりました。とりわけオーナーさん（？）は少なくとも３つの言語（伊・英・仏、わたくしが使う機会があった言語です）を理解してくれますので、コミュニケーションもとりやすく、快適なヴェネツィア滞在でした。水上バスのアッカデミア駅近く、ロケーションも良いです。

いささか、場所がわかりにくかったことでしょうか。地図と齟齬があったようです。しかし、ホテルに電話したところ、スタッフの方がわざわざ迎えにきてくれました。

ヴォレッからも近く移動に便利だし入り口のカギも貰えるので出入りに気を遣わなくて楽でした。

値段からして仕方ないが朝食が少しさびしい。

Excellent location in the heart of Venice, and good value for money for such an expensive city. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were recommended a good authentic restaurant in Venice by staff. Spacious room, conditioner, Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, locker in the room, TV. The description of the hotel in the advertisement matches with what it actually is, nothing unexpected came out.

Was slightly uneasy to find hotel once you first arrive there, but it is not a problem later on.

It was close both San Marco and public transport. The room was big and clean. Especially recommended for those who likes to stay historical and traditional places instead of luxury.

At this B & B, for it is no more than that despite its pretense, staff volunteers little, helpful only when the guest asks the right question. Rooms have a cold ambiance and vary in size and price, though all are expensive for what you get, The toilet next to the breakfast room sometimes stinks to high heaven.

Really good place just near one waterbus station with line 1 and 2. Very calm coner without any noise. Some awesome coffee bars or small resterants nearby. Hotel reception can speak really good English and French.

Really difficult to find. It's better to add one direction card in the road, and put the hotel name much bigger on the door.

Little gem of a hotel. Really good location, very easy to find and is a lovely walk to the the livelier and cheaper Margherita area. Room is basic but lovely and clean with good shower etc. Highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay!

Staff was very friendly and had amazing recommendations for restaurants just around the corner. He provided my wife and I with directions and was able to answer all of our questions. The water taxi stop was about half a block away. The bottle of cabernet was delicious and only 6 euros! I would recommend this hotel to other travelers who don't want to spend a lot of money and still enjoy a stay in Venice.

Good location away from crowds at St Marks square but close enough to walk or water bus to most places. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very hard to find!

The dining room had a strange charm, looks like typical venitian decor, but is actully stickers and cardbord cutouts...i thought it was a good way on delivering qality but keeping the price low. I dont really care if the ceiling wasnt actully carved by monks, it still looks pretty. In the room there was a stocked frigde with very reasonable prices we we made use of. It was small and excellently located and with a thriving student life just in a square nearby, it was good just was fall into bed without effort getting home. Good if you want to expirience the city and your not too fussed about where you sleep, the beds were good but not luxury.

A few things that cant really be helped, such as the view. A decepid yard with dead plants and boat motors isnt the venician beauty I was expecting. The room was basic, but then again, I did stay in a basic room, so I quess I got my moneys worth. I didnt like that it sprung a city tax on us at the end. We were not told about this so even if it was totaly legitamate, it did feel like a bit of a con. On a minor note, the tv was rubbish and none of the buttons worked, but who cares about tv when there a city to explore!

Loved it here! Owner was absolutely amazing, I didnt realize that I booked a single bed for me and my husband. He offered to find us another hotel as there were no other rooms, but we loved the owner and the environment so much that we decided to snuggle up on the single bed. Service was amazing, he was a great help with the bus station and things to do . Would recommend this hotel!

The shower was broke at the bottome, so all of the water ran out on to the floor, and with marble floors this can be very dangerous. We had to use all the towels to dry it up. T

It was conveniently located, and the bedroom was large, with a bath.

It had a rather faded feel, with damp showing in the bathroom, and outdated shower fittings.
